By using the Sure Shine Auto Wash TokeNote car wash fundraising program, you will not have to worry about finding a facility to hold your car wash, getting chemicals and towels, and finding volunteers, while reducing your liability. Best of all, you won’t have to worry about rain outs!

 

Here’s how it works:

1. Contact us at sureshinewash1@gmail.com or fill out the form below. We will get back to you and start the process of helping you organization have an easy and successful fundraiser for your particular cause.

2. Once management has approved your fundraiser, we will meet with the Fundraising Chair and distribute our Sure Shine Fundraising TokeNote car wash tickets. Your organizations will then sell Sure Shine TokeNote tickets at full price and keep half the proceeds. Each wash ticket is valued at $14 each. Each fundraising group will get 100 TokeNote tickets to sell ($1,400.00 worth of car washes). After all tickets are sold the fundraising group will keep the $700.00 profit it has earned.

3. Payment of 50% of proceeds, is due upon completion of the fundraiser.

4. Selling Point: Sure Shine TokeNote Car Wash tickets never expire!

 

Details:

• Fundraising Organizations may sell up to 100 tickets.

• The Fundraiser has 31 days to sell the Sure Shine TokeNote tickets.

• Additional Sure Shine TokeNote coupons can be obtained with management’s approval.

• All unsold Car Wash TokeNotes will be returned to Sure Shine Auto Wash.
